Project Proforma
Notes on Timescales:
In general, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for all our work. The exact amount of time required for any project is variable, and may also depend on weather or events outside of our control.
If you have an absolute deadline, please make us aware of this, and we can get back to you if there are any issues.
If there are contractual reasons for meeting a particular date, it is important to instruct us as soon as possible so that we can complete all work as efficiently as possible.
For Verified Views, additional Survey work may be required, this will be provided by surveyors local to the site, who will be subject to their own timescales and availability.
Proposed Design and Baseline Information
We require the following information:
- Topographic Survey
- Site Location Plan
- Site Layout
- CAD Elevations
- CAD Plans
- Levels Information, incorporating Roof or FFL Levels
Depending on your specific project, we may also require
- Ordnance Survey Data
- 3D/BIM model
- CAD Sections
- Landscape Proposals
- Building Materials
- Internal/External Furniture design
- Surface Materials
- Arboricultural Survey
Please provide as much of this information as possible.
