Dragon Court offers modern apartments designed to cater to local housing needs. The development includes a mix of one and two-bedroom units, each featuring an open kitchen and living area for contemporary living. Residents benefit from easy access to the town centre. The project also integrates a public space that features the town’s fishpond and an original mosaic, underlining the importance of community and local culture.
Our team was commissioned to create high-quality interior CGIs to effectively showcase the new apartments, aimed at attracting prospective residents.
We focused on producing two visualisations: one for the bedroom and another for the living room. These images were designed to highlight the thoughtful layout and modern design that characterises the apartments.
Working closely with Daring Design UK Ltd, the appointed interior designer, our collaboration involved extensive discussions to ensure the visuals captured the precise design elements that would resonate with potential buyers. This back-and-forth process allowed us to refine the imagery to meet the designer’s vision and showcase the apartments’ aesthetics compellingly.

To ensure accuracy and relevance, we custom-modelled many furniture pieces and interior elements based on the interior designer’s specific ideas. This level of detail and collaboration contributed significantly to creating immersive and inviting interior scenes.
Our challenge was to articulate the designer’s vision for custom furniture and interior styles in images that would be appealing and captivating for prospective residents.
The project resulted in high-quality interior CGIs that effectively communicated the vision and lifestyle offered by Dragon Court’s modern apartments. These visuals played a crucial role in marketing the development to potential residents.
This case study highlights the importance of collaboration between interior designers and visualisation experts. It highlights how custom modelling and attentiveness to design details can enhance the marketing potential of residential developments and reflect both the vision of the designers and the expectations of prospective residents.
